Valente Bakery is family owned and operated, in the heart of Fairview, serving Northern New Jersey for over 20 years. Our bakery features coal-fired Brick Oven bread, made the old world Italian way. We use 100 percent natural ingredients and there are no preservatives or chemicals in any of our products. We use only the best ingredients. We also feature on our premises a gourmet Salumeria, offering the best of Italian cold cuts, pasta and oil products, and our famous mozzarella, made fresh several times daily.
